Kaanapali Coffee Farms began with a simple belief: the best coffee starts with the soil it grows in. Nestled on the windward slopes above Lahaina, our beans absorb the mineral-rich volcanic earth and trade breezes that make Maui coffee unlike anything else.

Every batch is hand-selected, small-batch roasted in our Lahaina shop, and baked fresh each morning. We're not a factory — we're your neighbors, tending the same island we call home.
